Coaching Skills for Managers

Course outline

This practical and interactive course explores how coaching can be used to improve performance and develop others. Delegates study the skills required and the techniques available and practice using these in a safe environment.

On completion of the course, delegates will:

  • recognise the skills required to be a successful coach
  • be able to use different models in coaching
