Developing Effective Communication Skills

Course outline

Research has shown that a manger can spend as much as 80% of their time communicating with others: their staff, their peers, their own managers and their customers. To make this time as valuable as possible, it is important to hone communication skills so that we get our message across effectively, first time, every time.


On completion of the course, delegates will:

  • know which method of communication to use in a variety of situations
