Course outline

This fully interactive workshop will help delegates understand the benefits of the development of staff. It explores why people need to keep developing and growing and how this can be planned in a way to suit the learner and the organisation.

On completion of the course, delegates will:

  • have identified how learning needs arise
  • be able to identify suitable development opportunities to meet an individual's needs
  • know how to structure effective development plans
  • be able to monitor and evaluate development activities
