How to Give Effective Feedback

Course outline

When giving feedback to others, we are, in essence, giving them a gift. We can either make it really valuable and something that the individual can use every day or it can be something that is put away and never brought out again. This workshop will ensure that the feedback you give is considered the perfect gift.


On completion of the course, delegates will:

  • understand the value of giving feedback in a constructive manner
  • have explored a number of models for giving feedback and know which one to use when
  • be able to identify best practice in giving feedback
  • have practised giving feedback in a variety of situations
