Course outline

Delegates will be able to tackle performance review meetings with confidence, having learned how to manage performance from setting goals to reviewing progress.


On completion of the course, delegates will:

  • have identified the benefits of managing performance
  • be able to identify and agree performance objectives
  • know which skills are required to conduct effective performance review meetings
  • be able to monitor performance and review progress
  • know how to select methods to improve performance
  • understand their role in managing performance
