Course outline

The one constant that leaders and managers face in the current climate is that they are operating in an ever-changing environment. The ability to help their teams through change and make the transition as smooth as possible can make the difference between success and failure. This workshop explores both the logistics of change and how to get people on side.

Objectives

On completion of the course, delegates will:

  • have explored the factors that prompt change
  • be able to identify potential reactions to change
  • know a number of ways to support people through the change process
  • have identified the barriers to change and know how to overcome them
  • understand the importance of communication throughout the change process
