Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a set of skills and behaviours that enables people to express themselves effectively, develop and maintain positive relationships and cope well with challenges and change; all essential competencies for successful job performance.

The EQ-i2.0 and EQ360 diagnostics measure an individual's level of Emotional Intelligence which research has shown is key to their success. In fact, studies have shown that EQ (Emotional Intelligence Quotient) is directly responsible for between 27 and 45% of success in a given job, whereas IQ (Intelligence Quotient) can predict between only 1 and 20% of job success. *

The EQ-i 2.0 model incorporates more than 20 years' research and development and is a psychometrically sound and validated level B assessment instrument.
