We take a bespoke approach to developing your people. Our clients tell us that we have a light touch and that we focus completely on our client’s needs and what is right for you. We will listen to what you are trying to achieve in terms of developing your people and help you identify the behaviours that you want to see in your business. We will then develop the right interventions to help you achieve this.
We are told by our clients that we have a friendly, open style where we listen to our clients and completely focus on their needs.
I started Up Front Training and Coaching in 2005 and over the intervening years have worked with organisations of all shapes and sizes, in both the public and private sector.
When completing my coaching qualification, I spent some time eliciting my core values. They are as true for me today as they were then.
As a Learning and Development professional, I am a great believer in maintaining my own professionalism, learning and continuous professional development.
I have been a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) since 2005 and currently volunteer on the Coventry and Warwickshire branch committee.
We occasionally work with other small L&D consultancies to support one another. This helps us develop our own abilities and serve our clients more effectively.
