Being small but perfectly formed means that we sometimes need more resource to be able to deliver on projects. If this is the case, we work with other trusted L&D consultancies that we have built strong relationships with over the course of our history. This can work both ways. Sometimes it’s about having another trainer on a project, or using a coach from another consultancy who is a better fit with a client or using specialist resource to design workshops. Taking this collaborative approach means that we are incredibly flexible and can draw on a wide range of talent and experience.
